  1. Erin, all three of the smoothies shown on this page look wonderful. I love fruit in a smoothie, but the chocolate one looks so good too. This is perfect timing, I need to make a point in the new year to start taking better care of myself. I work so many hours that sometimes I find I haven’t eaten anything but a banana and a granola bar when Bruce gets home at 5 p.m. I’m sure my energy would be much higher through the day and I would feel much better if I would feel myself up with a nutritious smoothie.

    • They are all good!! The perfect way to start the day. And easy, which is my kind of breakfast! A protein shake would definitely sustain you through the day. Sometimes I make them for a snack to get thru the afternoon.
