  1. Erin, I absolutely love any baked good with the flavor of lemon and the addition of blueberries. But I’ve never tried a blueberry lemon smoothie. Adding this recipe and the freezer tip to my breakfast rotation. This will help me stay healthy and do it in a way that doesn’t waste time. Huge bonus.

    • I just made a gluten-free lemon cake. It wasn’t great, but I am determined to make it great because I too love the taste of lemon! This smoothie hits the spot! Enjoy it in your breakfast rotation. 🙂

    Great post. I love smoothies and use protein powder and avocado in them with a handful of spinach. Research has shown that spinach can decrease your chances of breaking a bone when you fall.
