These were so much fun to make! It’s time for a re-do this year. Some came out perfect, some came out looking like they were a little tipsy but we served them all! I would upload a picture if I could.

I love all the turkey-themed designs. Great food ideas for my kids. They enjoy making things in the kitchen so we’ll be trying some of these this week. Thanks for the good ideas.

    • Thanks, Megan! These Candy Pretzel Turkey Bites make me smile every time I see them! My girls love making them, so I’m sure your boys will too!

        • Hi Carrie,

The only thing I can think of is that the role is not melted enough. it’s a delicate balance getting them soft, but not too soft, so try playing with the amount of time their in the oven to soften.

    • Yay!! I’m so glad, Lauren. They’re just too cute to pass up…so I’m sure your co-workers loved them. We’ll have them on the Thanksgiving dessert table for sure! Thank you so much for sharing the recipe!

    • Thanks, Holly! The girls wanted to “help”, so I thought this would be the best way! Fun to work with them a little bit. Kids love to be on video 🙂

  3. First off, these turkeys are adorable. I love how simply they come together and the colors make them so pretty. They almost look too good to eat. Almost, being the operative word in this sentence. Second, your daughters are adorable. They did a great job on the video. Way to show them what you do and how you do it, they are learning some mad skills. Impressive.

    • Aren’t these girls just great! They really wanted to help me and I think their video turned out awesome! They think they’ll become internet sensations! Little do they know it will take more than a Candy Turkey video to do that! 🙂

    • This time of year is a great excuse for candy corn!! I think these are too cute, so I just had to make them!! I’m sure your kiddos will love putting them together and then eating them!

    • Yes! Fun to make…fun to eat! This is a good one to do with the kids Thanksgiving week. It’s like a craft and treat all-in-one! Enjoy!
