  1. Hi Erin, these look delicious. I’m going to try making them vegan due to food allergy issues and will be using crushed golden graham cereal for the base. Just wondering how much I will need, as I can’t really judge 5 crackers ????. Do you have a general idea of the volume created by crushing 5 crackers? Thank you! And I’ll let you know how I make out!!

    • Good question, Cathy. Maybe start with a cup of Golden Grahams? The little cavities don’t take much to fill, but you can always crush more if you need it! Let me know how it goes 🙂

    • So sorry Judy! When I updated my recipe card, it cut off the remainder of the recipe. It’s now all there and the cook times are listed. Enjoy!

    • Good question, Christine. Cupcake liners might work to keep the pan cleaner, but I’m not sure you’d get the same toasted crispness that makes them so good.

    • Ahhh, thanks, Desiree! They taste amazing…one bite just isn’t enough 🙂 Better to make a double batch if you’re serving these to a crowd.

    • I couldn’t believe how easy they are to make…and then they taste so good! I just can’t get enough of these s’mores! We’re camping right now and making them over the fire, but I think I like oven bakes….you don’t smell like the fire all night 🙂

  4. Doesn’t this just take you back to childhood and fun adventures. I mean who ever ate a smore while having a rainy, gloomy day? Smores are tied to great memories! Now I don’t have to wait for a fire in the firepit or campfire to have a smore! What a great idea. I need a mini muffin pan, ASAP!

    • S’mores definitely take you back to you childhood. My kids are eating them up this summer, but like you said not need to wait for a campfire…you can make these in the oven anytime. Rain or shine!

    • Yes! I like to have just a little bite and then I’m satisfied. These are also great to take to get-togethers…everybody can have a little taste!

  7. Erin, you have me drooling over here! Hubby and I are NUTS ABOUT S’MORES! We can’t get enough of them and have been eating them like crazy lately. 😉 These look so fantastic and I LOVE how quick the recipe is. I’ve pinned it to try later. And by later I mean most likely within the next 24 hours. Haha!

    • i know…24 isn’t quite enough, but you can always double the batch 🙂 These are so yummy, you may just want to do that! Enjoy.
