Tips for Making Cranberry Brie Bites
- All of the phyllo cups we found in the frozen section of the grocery store were pre-baked, so they didn’t need additional time in the oven. If you find unbaked ones, follow the package instructions before placing your cheese and cranberry sauce inside and baking again.
- We love the fresh flavor of our homemade cranberry sauce, but if you’re rushed for time, you can use a store-bought variety and perk it up with orange zest and cinnamon.
- You can absolutely double the recipe depending on the size of the crowd you’re feeding.
- Cranberry Brie Bites are best served warm right out of the oven.
