Mix dry ingredients. Preheat oven, then whisk flour, sugar, baking soda, salt together in a large bowl.
Mix wet ingredients. Mix mashed bananas, yogurt, eggs, butter, and vanilla with a wooden spoon in a bowl. Gently fold the banana mixture into dry ingredients with a rubber spatula.
Place batter into prepared loaf pan. Make streusel and layer it evenly over the top of the batter.
Bake. Bake banana bread 55 minutes or until loaf is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
