Combine all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl.
Chill for at least an hour or overnight.
Form into patties with hands.
Fry until no longer pink insides being careful to not overcook.
Notes
This recipe can be made ahead of time and frozen into raw patties or cooked and then frozen. Flash freeze the sausage by laying the patties out individually on a cookie sheet. Freezing them and then placing them in a storage container until I'm ready to get them out of the freezer and use. Take out as many as desired and leave in refrigerator overnight. Cook as directed.
