Tater Tot Casserole
The perfect comfort food - Tater Tot Casserole! This kid-friendly recipe satisfies the entire family and is on the table in just over 30 minutes! An easy weeknight dinner.

- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 10.75 ounce can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 cups frozen Tater Tots
Cook beef and diced onion in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until beef is well browned, stirring to break up meat. Pour off fat.
Stir soup, milk, 1 cup cheese and Worcestershire into skillet. Spoon beef mixture into 11x9-inch shallow baking dish. Arrange potatoes on top of meat mixture and top with remaining cup of cheese.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 25 minutes or until potatoes are crisp and cheese is slightly brown.
You can make this meatless by omitting the ground beef.
