{Super Moist} Pumpkin Bread

Makes three loaves. Freezes well.

Ingredients

  • Wet Ingredients:
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 cups canned pumpkin
  • Dry Ingredients:
  • 3 1/3 cups sifted flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups seedless white raisins {optional}
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts {optional}

Instructions

  • Grease and flour three loaf pans.
  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Combine the wet ingredients.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients:
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix well.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
