Ingredients

  • 1 oblong seedless watermelon ((about 10 pounds))
  • 1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemonade, thawed
  • 2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice

Instructions

  • Cut the top of the watermelon off about 1/6 of the way down. Cut the bottom end enough to make sure the watermelon will stand on it's own. Scoop out flesh.
  • Place watermelon flesh in an electric blender; process until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer; discard solids.
  • Return watermelon to blender. Add lemonade concentrate and pineapple juice and blend well. You can add simple syrup if you prefer a sweeter punch. Transfer to watermelon bowl.
  • Served chilled over crushed ice. Give the watermelon punch a stir before you enjoy it to make sure all ingredients are combined.

Watermelon Punch with Alcohol

You could certainly make this an adult only beverage by adding alcohol. Follow the recipe, but add 3 cups of vodka. That should do the trick!
