Reese’s Reindeer for Christmas

It’s the time of year when Christmas tunes are on repeat (we love the classics) and delicious holiday treats are everywhere! Nothing beats an adorable creation, so this year, it’s Reese’s Reindeer!

You ask, can you make reindeer from chocolate candy?? Yes!

These cute little guys have that salty-sweet thing going as well as the peanut butter and chocolate combo that’s irresistible!

We have several family members, who just can’t get enough Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups – so this recipe is totally for them!

And the best part? They’re EASY to make – perfect for some family time together!

Reindeer and Christmas just kind of go together! Have you checked out these Marshmallow Reindeer [1] or these Reindeer Brownies [2]??

How to Make Reese’s Reindeer

SUPPLIES

Mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Mini Pretzel Twists
1/4 cup chocolate morsels
Small Cinnamon Candy, Red Hots, or Mini M&Ms
Goggly Eyes

Step 1

First, take your mini pretzel twist and break off a side to form an antler. They don’t always break the way you want them to, so you’re gonna have a few snacking pieces πŸ™‚

Make enough for two antlers per reindeer.

Step 2

Now, unwrap your Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. You can either unwrap them all at once or one-by-one.

Then, melt your chocolate morsels in the microwave for about 30 seconds. If they stir easily they are done, if not, put them back in the microwave for a few more seconds.

Once melted, place the chocolate in a sandwich baggie and snip off the tip. Set aside

Step 3

Take a set of pretzel antlers and press them into the side of the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. I found that there was the perfect spot where the manufacturing process left less chocolate and the pretzels slid right in!

Step 4

Grab your baggie of melted chocolate and place a dab of chocolate where you want the cinnamon or M&M nose to go.

Next, place a dab of chocolate where you want the eyes and attached them there.

Jingle Bells! You have an adorable bite-sized Reindeer Treat!
