Speaking of sandwiches, if you have a little bit of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich addiction, this is definitely the jam to use!

Healthy and sugar-free.

We like having this Blackberry Chia Seed Jam on hand to make sandwiches because it packs a little superfood – chia seeds [6] – in every bite and has no processed sugar.

Like flax seeds, chia seeds are super high in Omega-3 fatty acids. In addition, you get a healthy dose of antioxidants, fiber, calcium, and protein.

Our kids also like this Strawberry Chia Seed Jam [1]. They have no idea how healthy they’re eating! Score one for mom!
