How To Make Chamomile Foot Soak DIY
Dry, tired feet are no fun….not to mention not very pretty! One thing that perks them up is relaxing in a basin of Chamomile Foot Soak. After months of flip flops, I find my feet dry and cracked at the end of summer. The combination of chamomile, milk and epsom salt takes all that away in no time at all. The chamomile helps to relive puffiness and just the scent of it made me relax. I even brewed a cup for myself to sip and enjoy!
